Predictive Simulations for Optimal Performance

Before any prototype is physically constructed, we conduct extensive mechanical simulations using advanced software. These simulations allow us to predict how the bicycle will perform under various conditions, ranging from the smoothness of a paved road to the most challenging terrains. This step is crucial in identifying potential failure points and optimizing strength where it’s needed most.

THE CREATION PROCESS

Where Tradition Meets Technology

It all begins in the digital realm, where our engineers and designers meticulously craft every detail of Andicrose bicycles using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. This allows us to visualize, refine, and optimize every aspect of the structure before any piece is cut.

Once the design is finished, we move to the CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining phase, a technology that ensures millimeter-perfect precision in the creation of each sculpted component.

LIGHTNESS AND RESISTANCE

Shell Technology

One of our most remarkable innovations is Shell-Rib Tec, a process where solid wood is machined to create a hollow structure, maintaining strength in critical areas while significantly reducing overall weight. This approach allows our bicycles to combine lightness and robustness, delivering a smooth and agile ride without compromising safety or durability.

THE ULTIMATE TEST

Ride and Max Resistance Test

Before any Andicrose model is approved for the market, it undergoes a rigorous 1,000 km ride test. Crucial for assessing the behavior of the wood over extended use, ensuring durability and strength under continuous stress.

Following this, we conduct Resistance tests, applying extreme forces to determine the structural limits of the bicycle. This process ensures that every Andicrose delivered to our clients meets the highest standards of durability and performance.
